This paper reports chest radiographs of 1,500 coal miners working underground for more than 15 years, 9.6% of anthracite coal miners, and 3.8% of bituminous coal miners having one or more lung lumps. In addition, there is a similar mass of ground coal workers, especially anthracite crushers, who have never worked underground. Most of the lesions were progressive massive fibrosis (mass pneumoconiosis, pneumoconiosis, mass coal silicosis). Such lumps may look like cancer. Half of the coal dust exposed to coal dust for more than 15 years have some simple X-ray findings of pneumoconiosis. Progressive fibrosis and mass differential diagnosis
