员工培训是维系当代组织生存乃至可持续发展的关键举措和重要保证。只有当回报率远远高于对物质设备的投资时,组织才会有动力进行对员工的培训这种投资。现实情况中,培训效果与组织期望结果往往相悖,内部成本及外部经济效应的存在往往使组织陷入进退两难的困境。培训困境已成为当代组织人力资源管理亟待解决的难点之一,积极探索新时期组织培训的新机制、新模式,是走出困境,迈入良性循环的必由之路。
Staff training is a key measure and an important guarantee for maintaining the survival and even sustainable development of contemporary organizations. Only when the rate of return is much higher than the investment in material equipment, does the organization have the incentive to invest in staff training. In reality, the training effect often contradicts the expectations of the organization, and the internal cost and the external economic effects often make the organization into a dilemma. Training dilemma has become one of the most urgent problems to be solved in the contemporary organization of human resources management. Active exploration of new mechanisms and new modes of organizational training in the new era is the only way out of the dilemma and a virtuous circle.
