Preparation method 1000g senna leaf coarse powder, add 600 ~ 800mL ethanol - water (1:2, volume ratio) mixed solvent to make it evenly moist. After 15 min, the mixture was transferred to a percolator, impregnated with a mixed solvent for 24 h, then added with a fresh mixed solvent and diafiltered at a moderate rate until all the active ingredients were extracted. The first 800 mL of the leachate is retained to dissolve the remainder of the leachate. The remaining leachate is concentrated below 60°C.
