针对12Cr2Mo1R钢冷坯装炉加热时易轧裂的问题,试验研究了12Cr2Mo1R板坯下线后直接热送热装轧制、板坯下线后采用保温罩保温缓冷再温送装炉、板坯下线后堆垛自然缓冷再温送装炉3种工艺,发现前两种工艺轧制后钢板表面容易产生纵裂、网裂和马蜂窝等裂纹,第3种工艺可以有效避免钢板开裂,保证钢板良好的表面质量。
