近年来,为了顺应城市化发展的需要,更为了充分发挥示范性普通高中的品牌效益和龙头作用,让更多学生享受优质教育资源,许多地方的公办示范性普通高中在城市新区或开发区选址建立新校区。由于这些新校区是在人文背景和文化底蕴相对空白的“文化沙漠”上建立起来的,校园文化往往比较匮乏。如何实现新校区校园文化的高效建设,充分发挥其对青少年学生健康成长的引导、陶冶和激励功能,成为当前示范性普通高中新校区发展所面临的一个亟待研究和解决的重要课题。
