轻链病(LCD)为骨髓瘤的变种。其免疫化学特点是:血清和尿液中有单克隆轻链成分。单克隆轻链成分的电泳位置在β、γ区,极少数在α_2区。国内报道4例(1(?)3)。我院收治1例,电泳位置在α_2区,X 线检查未发现骨质改变,现报道如下。庞某某,男,63岁。患者贫血已6～7年,1976年以来常感关节疼痛,79年3月开始咳嗽,继而尿痛、尿急、尿频,腰痛,头昏,乏力,面及双下肢轻度凹陷性水肿。经中药治疗,咳嗽愈,余症仍存。同年9月查血红蛋白
