贸易保护主义是经济复苏的大敌

新年刚至,肆虐全球的金融危机未见消退,贸易保护主义的威胁已日渐清晰。其中尤以美国国会众议院1月28日通过的总额为8190亿美元的新经济刺激方案中,规定任何基础设施项目要获得新经济刺激方案的资金支持,所使用的钢铁产品都必须是美国生产的条款。据悉,这项新经济刺激方案还将在此基础上进一步扩展,除了钢铁产品以外,项目所需一切制成品也必须是美国生产的。
