目的研究NCT和Schiotz眼压计在含气眼的眼压测量中有何差异。方法用NCT和Schiotz眼压计对53例53眼患视网膜脱离经玻璃体切割环扎注气(C3F8)术后进行眼压测量。患者另眼为健眼,用作空白对照组。同期57例57眼患视网膜脱离经环扎加压术后眼作环扎对照组。所有的眼压测量均在术后3~4天内进行。结果注气组NCT值为25.3mmHg,Schiotz值为14.8mmHg;环扎组NCT值为14.3mmHg,Schiotz值为7.1mmHg;空白组NCT值为19.0mmHg,Schiotz值为15.5mmHg。注气组织内分层分析发现在高眼压状态下NCT与Schiotz眼压计的差值增大。结论NCT在玻璃体视网膜手术后,尤其在含气眼的眼压测量中比Schiotz眼压计准确。
Objective To investigate the differences between NCT and Schiotz tonometer in intraocular pressure measurement. Methods Intraocular pressure (IOP) was measured in 53 patients (53 eyes with retinal detachment) underwent vitrectomy cataract surgery (C3F8) with NCT and Schiotz tonometer. The other eye health eye, used as a blank control group. Fifty-seven patients (57 eyes) with retinal detachment underwent cerclage surgery after cerclage surgery. All intraocular pressure measurements were performed within 3 to 4 days after surgery. Results The NCT value of air injection group was 25.3mmHg and the Schiotz value was 14.8mmHg. The NCT value of cerclage group was 14.3mmHg and the Schiotz value was 7.1mmHg. The NCT value of blank group was 19.0mmHg and the Schiotz value was 15.5mmHg . Histopathological analysis showed that the difference between NCT and Schiotz tonometer was increased under high intraocular pressure. Conclusions NCT is more accurate than a Schiotz tonometer after vitreoretinal surgery, especially in eye-containing intraocular pressure measurements.
