为了使离退休干部对全区组织工作有一个比较全面的了解,6月28日,自治区党委组织部、老干部局召开工作通报会,自治区党委常委、组织部部长徐松南同志通报了近年来宁夏的组织工作情况。报告分三个部分,第一部分的主要内容是讲组织工作始终坚持围绕中心、服务大局,为科学发展提供坚强的组织保证;第三部分从组织部门职能和工作实际出发,通报这些年对干部队伍坚持从严管理,树立了良好风气。本文刊发的是报告的第二部分,坚持以改革创新精神推进组织工作,努力提高组织工作科学化水平。以期指导全区组织人事工作。
