目的探讨绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者骨量及血清骨钙素变化。方法用双能X线骨密度测量仪(DEXA)测定105例绝经后女性2型糖尿病及93例绝经后健康对照者的全身骨密度及骨矿含量,计算校正骨矿含量(CBMC);用放射免疫法测定血清骨钙素。对两组各指标进行统计分析。结果两组间骨密度、骨矿含量、CBMC的比较差异均无统计学意义,但糖尿病组的CBMC有小于对照组的趋势;糖尿病组血清骨钙素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者骨量与正常人无明显差异,但其骨强度有下降趋势,骨转换率增高,罹患骨质疏松症的危险性比正常人高。
Objective To investigate the changes of bone mass and serum osteocalcin in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral density (BMD) of 105 postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 93 postmenopausal women were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) Serum Osteocalcin Measured by Immunoassay. The two groups of indicators for statistical analysis. Results There was no significant difference in bone mineral density, bone mineral content and CBMC between the two groups, but the CBMC in diabetic group was lower than that in control group. The serum osteocalcin level in diabetic group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions There is no significant difference in bone mass between normal women and type 2 diabetics in postmenopausal women, but the bone strength is decreasing and the rate of bone turnover is increased. The risk of osteoporosis is higher than that in normal people.
