随着近年来建筑事业越来越红火,室内装饰事业也得到同样的发展,加强室内装饰工程项目预算控制对于装修企业的可持续发展、资金节约具有十分重要的意义。本文对室内装饰过程中进行预算管理时常见的问题进行分析,并且结合当前室内装饰行业的发展要求的,对具体的改进措施进行分析与探讨,旨在提高室内装修企业的经济效益。
