为保障爆破震动作用下巷道的安全与稳定,采用Blastmate III测振仪对铜坑矿生产爆破现场进行了爆破震动监测测试,结合测试结果采用综合系数法对巷道的稳定性进行了评估,得到了不同综合系数K值下满足巷道稳定的最大单段药量计算公式,提出了合适的爆破方式及支护形式。其评价分析方法和结论对相似矿山具有一定的参照意义。
In order to ensure the safety and stability of the roadway under blasting vibration, Blastmate III vibrometer was used to test the blasting vibration of the blasting site in Tongkeng Mine. The comprehensive coefficient method was used to test the stability of the roadway with the test results. Under the condition of different comprehensive coefficient K value, the calculation formula of the maximum single-section dosage which meets the roadway stability is proposed, and the suitable blasting mode and supporting form are proposed. The evaluation and analysis methods and conclusions have certain reference value for similar mines.
