The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly and thoroughly raised the scientific level of party building as the theme of party building under the new situation, embodying the advance of the party’s theory innovation and practice with the times. Organizational work is an important part of party building. Improving the scientific level of party building necessarily requires organizing work to raise the scientific level.
