谈到长江水利建设,最引人注意的是三峡水利枢纽。这是很自然的。三峡水利枢纽不但技术经济指标特别优越,综合效益极其巨大,而且在长江流域水利和土地资源的综合利用开发中具有决定性的意义。当国家经济条件和技术条件成熟时,及早建设三峡水利枢纽当为全国人民所切望。但是什么时候这些条件可以成熟呢?各方面意见尚不很一致。现将个人对这个问题的一些看法,提供大家讨论,并请指正。
Speaking of the Yangtze River water conservancy construction, the Three Gorges Project is the most notable one. This is very natural.
