Sixty-five adult male Wistar rats were used to divide the ulcer test group, the saline control group, and the blank control group. Under aseptic conditions, 0.01 ml of glacial acetic acid was injected into the submucosa of the stomach of the animal to cause experimental gastric ulcer; in the saline group, surgery was performed and 0.01 ml of physiological saline was injected; and the blank group was normal rats without any treatment. The three groups of animals were reared under the same conditions. After 2 to 28 days after surgery, 7 batches were taken and the pancreatic tail was removed for enzyme histochemical observation. In the saline group, the activity of AlP decreased, the activity of 5-Nase increased, and the activity of 5-Nase increased in A cells at 2 to 4 days after surgery. The activity of AcP and 5-Nase increased and the activity of ATPase decreased in B cells at 2 to 4 days after surgery. d Basic recovery. In the ulcer group, changes in enzyme activity in A cells at 2 to 4 days after surgery were the same as in the saline group. At 6 days after surgery, the activities of AlP, ATPase, SDH, LDH, G-6-PD and α-GPD all showed different degrees of enhancement and recovered 28 days after surgery. The changes of B cells at 21 days after surgery were basically consistent with those of saline group. However, the activity of AcP, 5-Nase, SDH, and LDH decreased at day 4 after surgery, and recovered at 21 days. The experimental results in this paper suggest that during experimental gastric ulcers in rats, islet A and B cells are involved in the natural resistance process of the body.
