目的:随着现今医疗机构卫生体制改革的深入,运营中的各大医院的档案管理工作也由传统单一模式因适应时代的发展需求而逐步转变为完善的综合强化模式,面临激烈的竞争,医院档案管理工作也呈现出急需日益改革的激烈趋势。医院档案管理是医院管理的重要内容之一,其与其医疗服务水平之间有着紧密联系。基于此种形势,笔者为实现医院长远发展,文章将从档案管理的意识、制度及服务水平等多方面着手展开探讨,同时详细分析现今医院档案管理模式中存在的一些问题及不足,且提出相关具体化的改革建设和策略,以加大医院档案管理模式的改革力度,力求促进档案管理工作及其相关事业的完善发展及进步。
