目的探讨多层螺旋CT(multi-slice spiral CT,MSCT)与MRI在巨大子宫肌瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法巨大子宫肌瘤患者43例,均于术前行MSCT及MRI检查,与手术组织病理结果进行对照,比较2种方法诊断巨大子宫肌瘤的符合率。结果手术组织病理诊断肌壁间肌瘤21例,黏膜下肌瘤9例,浆膜下肌瘤13例;MCST诊断肌壁间肌瘤20例,黏膜下肌瘤8例,浆膜下肌瘤13例,诊断符合率为95.35%;MRI诊断肌壁间肌瘤21例,黏膜下肌瘤9例,浆膜下肌瘤12例,诊断符合率为97.67%;2种方法诊断巨大子宫肌瘤的符合率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MSCT与MRI在巨大子宫肌瘤诊断中均具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) and MRI in the diagnosis of giant uterine fibroids. Methods Forty-three patients with huge uterine fibroids were examined by MSCT and MRI preoperatively, and compared with histopathological findings. The coincidence rates of the two methods in diagnosing huge uterine fibroids were compared. Results Tissue histopathological diagnosis of intramural fibroids in 21 cases, submucous myoma in 9 cases, 13 cases of subserosal fibroids; MCST diagnosis of intramural fibroids 20 cases, 8 cases of submucous myoma, subserosal fibroids The coincidence rate was 95.35% in 13 cases. There were 21 cases of intramural myoma, 9 cases of submucous myoma, 12 cases of subserosal fibroids, the coincidence rate was 97.67%. Two methods of diagnosis of giant uterine fibroids The coincidence rate was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion MSCT and MRI are of great value in the diagnosis of giant uterine fibroids.
