痛经护理士官学员的人格特点、应对方式及其焦虑状况的分析

[目的]了解痛经护理士官学员的人格特点、应对方式及其焦虑情绪,为干预学员的痛经提供科学的依据。[方法]采用艾森克个性问卷、简易应对方式问卷和焦虑自评量表3个心理学评定量表对206人进行调查,其中98人有不同程度的痛经症状。[结果]存在痛经症状的学员占总学员人数的47.6%,她们与非痛经学员相比,情绪更不稳定,焦虑情绪更加突出,较常使用消极的应对方式。[结论]对痛经学员进行心理疏导,是治疗痛经的一条非常重要的途径。 [Objective] To understand the personality traits, coping styles and anxiety of NCO officers in dysmenorrhea nursing and to provide a scientific basis for their intervention. [Methods] Eysenck personality questionnaire, simple coping style questionnaire and anxiety self-rating scale were used to investigate 206 people, 98 of them had different degrees of dysmenorrhea symptoms. [Results] The students with dysmenorrhea symptoms accounted for 47.6% of the total number of trainees. Compared with non-dysmenorrhea students, they were more emotionally unstable and anxious. Their negative coping style was often used. [Conclusion] Psychological counseling for dysmenorrhea students is a very important way to treat dysmenorrhea.
