选用我国目前生产上推广的7个不同丹参品种,在花期采集花粉粒、叶表皮、茎及收获期采集根,进行显微结构观察。结果表明:丹参花粉粒表面纹沟条数为6或8条,其大小和深浅不同;叶表皮气孔的大小、绒毛有无倒钩以及气孔的数目、集中的位置不同;径的髓射线细胞的层数,髓部细胞的大小、髓腔的有无以及根的初生木质部形状排列、髓腔的有无、原生木质部在次生木质部中的数目和形状具有一定差异,可以根据这些显微结构特征区别和鉴定不同丹参品种。
Seven different varieties of Salvia miltiorrhiza were selected to be popularized in the present production in our country. Pollen grains, leaf epidermis, stems and harvested roots were harvested at florescence, and the microstructure was observed. The results showed that there were 6 or 8 grooves on the surface of Salvia miltiorrhiza pollen grains, which were different in size and depth.
