洛克希德马汀航空航天公司的A2100~(TM)卫星系列代表着地球静止轨道(GEO)卫星公用舱设计的最新水平。这项计划的原旨是作为航空航天公司再次革新其现在和将来进入21世纪打入商业航天市场的途径。为此,公司大幅度修改了有利于卫星设计、制造、发射和运营过程中既能降低成本又能提高产品质量的每一个方面。这些改进是通过下述两种渠道实现的:(1)利用现有先进技术使卫星设计和卫星部件标准化;(2)利用具有通用接口的模块化分系统使卫星在升级换代时所作的改动最小。于是,A2100成为了灵活性强、能满足一大类有效载荷和运载工具要求的产品。本文介绍A2100~(TM)卫星计划的来龙去脉、现状(该卫星已是经过充分鉴定的多任务公用舱)、它所应用的现代技术及其在缩短研制周期和提高可靠性/质量方面所取得的成就。
The Lockheed Martin Aerospace A2100 TM satellite series represents the latest in the design of geostationary orbit (GEO) satellite utility cabins. The intent of this plan is to serve as a way for aerospace companies to renew their current and future entry into the commercial space market in the 21st century. To this end, the company has drastically revised every aspect of satellite design, manufacturing, launch and operation that will reduce costs and improve product quality. These improvements have been achieved through two channels: (1) standardization of satellite designs and satellite components using the available state-of-the-art technology; (2) the use of modular subsystems with a common interface to minimize satellite changes during upgrades . As a result, the A2100 becomes a flexible product that meets the requirements of a broad range of payloads and vehicles. This article describes the ins and outs of the A2100 TM satellite program, the status quo (the satellite is a fully qualified multi-tasking utility), the modern technologies it applies and what it has achieved in shortening the development cycle and improving reliability / quality achievement.
