江苏省苏州市吴江地方税务局开发应用“地税百事通”信息系统,在税企之间构建了税收政策查询、通知公告提醒、办税服务支持、在线即时沟通、涉税风险防范的“通用”平台。“地税百事通”信息系统的特点是以“看、查、问”为主要形式,核心功能体现在五个方面:政策查询功能。系统收集整理了现行有效的3 500个法律、法规、部门规章和地方性规章,形成实用的地税法规库;
