目的观察6种非Alzheimer神经变性疾病对βA4在脑组织中的表达,探讨βA4表达与神经元变性和缺失的关系。方法用免疫组化的ABC法对6种非Alzheimer神经变性疾病进行βA4免疫组化染色,观察其病理形态、阳性程度、脑内分布。在免疫组化染色的同时做刚果红染色。结果这6种疾病中有4种在脑皮质第3、5层中βA4有表达。而刚果红染色除进行性核上性麻痹轻度阳性外,其余均为阴性。结论βA4在脑组织中的表达并非Alzheimer病所特有,而是多种神经变性疾病的共同特征;βA4免疫组化法的阳性结果不同于传统的刚果红染色法。βA4与神经元变性和缺失可能有关联。
Objective To observe the expression of βA4 in six non-Alzheimer’s neurodegenerative diseases and to explore the relationship between βA4 expression and degeneration and deletion of neurons. Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method for 6 non Alzheimer neurodegenerative diseases βA4 immunohistochemical staining to observe the pathological morphology, the degree of positive brain distribution. Congo red staining was performed simultaneously with immunohistochemical staining. As a result, four of the six diseases were expressed in betaA4 in the third and fifth layers of cerebral cortex. Congo red staining in addition to progressive supranuclear palsy mild positive, the rest were negative. Conclusion The expression of βA4 in brain tissue is not unique to Alzheimer’s disease, but is a common feature of many neurodegenerative diseases. The positive result of βA4 immunohistochemistry is different from the traditional Congo red staining. βA4 may be associated with degeneration and deletion of neurons.
