利用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)、正硅酸乙酯(Si-28)、六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)的受控水解反应制备了含有丙烯酰氧基团的聚硅氧烷预聚体,对合成的预聚物进行红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱表征。结果表明:所得预聚物分子中含有大量的活性基团(羟基与不饱和双键基团),可进行紫外光引发固化。同时考察了反应原料用量对硅氧烷预聚体及其固化后性能的影响,结果显示,随着六甲基二硅氧烷用量的增加其热稳定性逐渐降低。
A controlled hydrolysis was carried out using γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (KH-570), tetraethyl orthosilicate (Si-28) and hexamethyldisiloxane (MM) Acryloyloxy group polysiloxane prepolymer, the synthesized prepolymer by infrared spectroscopy, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance characterization. The results show that the resulting prepolymer molecules contain a large number of active groups (hydroxyl and unsaturated double bond groups), can be UV-induced curing. The effect of the amount of the reaction raw materials on the performance of the prepolymer and its curing was also investigated. The results showed that the thermal stability of the prepolymer decreased with the increase of the amount of hexamethyldisiloxane.
