应用放免法检测22例健康人(对照组)、9例喉部良性肿瘤和28例喉癌患者血浆6-keto-PGF1α和TXB2的含量。结果表明喉部良性肿瘤患者血浆6-keto-PGF1α和TXB2的含量分别为对照组均值的1.33和1.24倍,而喉癌组则分别为3.28和3.94倍,且良性肿瘤与喉癌组间比较,二者均P<0.01,呈显著性差异。喉癌组检测值超过对照组的阳性率分别为85.7%和75.0%。喉癌患者血浆6-keto-PGF1α和TXB2含量的测定有助于提高喉癌的检出率,有利于良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断。
The levels of 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2 in 22 healthy subjects (control group), 9 benign tumors of the larynx and 28 laryngeal carcinomas were detected by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the plasma levels of 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2 in patients with benign laryngeal tumors were 1.33 and 1.24 times of those in the control group, while those in laryngeal cancer were 3.28 and 3.94 times, respectively, and benign Tumor and laryngeal cancer between groups, both P <0.01, showed significant differences. The detection rate of laryngeal cancer over the control group were 85.7% and 75.0% respectively. The determination of plasma 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2 levels in laryngeal cancer patients will be helpful to improve the detection rate of laryngeal cancer and be helpful for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors.
