当前,渔业生产面临着许多新的情况和问题,正在经受一场严峻的考验和新的挑战,同时,又处于新的重大调整时期。在这重大调整的实施过程中,切实抓住加大渔区综合经营的力度,却是提高渔区综合经济能力,振兴渔业经济的重要途径。本文通过五方面相关因素的分析,充分表明加速发展渔区综合经营的必要性。 一、认真搞好渔区基础产业的综合经营,是提高渔业生产生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的根本战略法策。
At present, fishery production faces many new situations and problems and is undergoing a severe test and new challenge. At the same time, it is under a period of major new adjustment. In the process of carrying out this major readjustment, it is an important way to enhance the comprehensive economic capability of fishing areas and rejuvenate the fishery economy by earnestly grasping the efforts to intensify the comprehensive management of fishing areas.
