患者男,21岁。2011年6月因腹部肿块十年余,明显增大1年余来本科就诊。患者十余年前右上腹部出现一暗红色斑块,触之浸润柔软稍硬,逐渐增大,1年前斑块周边出现圆形凹陷及红色肉瘤,逐渐增大,表面光滑,无明显瘙痒或疼痛自觉症状。否认家族成员中有类似病史。体格检查:全身浅表淋巴结未及明显肿大。皮肤科检查:右上腹部暗红色斑块,触之柔软浸润,约6 cm×6 cm,斑块上有一圆形凹陷及红色肉瘤,表面光滑,直径约3 cm(图1A)。B
Patient male, 21 years old. June 2011 due to abdominal mass more than 10 years, significantly increased more than 1 year to undergraduate treatment. More than ten years ago, there was a dark red plaque in the upper right abdomen of the patient. The infiltration was softer and harder, and gradually increased. A circular depression and red sarcoma around the plaque appeared gradually more than ten years ago. The surface was smooth with no obvious itching or Painful symptoms. Denied a similar medical history among family members. Physical examination: systemic superficial lymph nodes did not significantly swollen. Dermatology examination: The right upper abdomen dark red plaques, soft touch infiltration, about 6 cm × 6 cm, plaque has a circular depression and red sarcoma, smooth surface, a diameter of about 3 cm (Figure 1A).
