强化受众意识、了解读者意愿、注重群众反馈是关系到新闻传播效果、关系到新闻媒体生存与发展的重要课题,也是当前各新闻媒介不断探索的问题。为更好地交流这方面的经验,在组织本期“强化读者意识”一组专题的时候,我们对一些媒体进行了调查,提出了以下问题: 1、你单位一般通过哪几种方式与读者交流?其中哪些是制度化的常规方法,哪些是临时性措施,哪些是偶然性设想?从读者那里获取信息的效果如何? 2、如果你单位在加强与读者交流方面还需要改进,那么,影响读者与媒介交流的主要障碍是什么?1999年准备从哪些方面加强与读者的交流? 3、近三年是否搞过大型读者调查,调查的主要目的是什么,是否达到了预期的目的,有没有意想不到的收获? 4、试举一两件通过与读者交流获得信息,使报道产生重大影响的事。 5、您认为其他媒介在与读者交流方面有哪些好的做法值得借鉴。
To strengthen the awareness of the audience, to understand the wishes of the readers and to pay attention to the feedback from the masses is an important issue that relates to the news dissemination effect and the survival and development of the news media. It is also the ongoing issue of various media at present. In order to better exchange experiences in this field, we organized a survey on some media in this issue of “Strengthening Readers’ Consciousness” and raised the following questions: 1.What kind of ways and readers are generally used by your organization? What are the temporary measures and what are the contingency plans? What is the effect of obtaining the information from the readers? 2, If your organization still needs to improve in the aspect of strengthening the communication with the readers, What are the main barriers to communication with the media? In 1999, where are we going to enhance the communication with readers? 3) Have you engaged in large-scale readership surveys in the past three years? What are the main purposes of the surveys? Are you achieving the expected goals? Unexpected harvest? 4, Cite one or two by communicating with readers access to information, so that the report has a significant impact on things. 5, Do you think it is worth learning from the good practices of other media in communicating with the readers.
