目的:研究血糖升高对血液流变参数的影响。方法:每天灌喂大鼠20% 葡萄糖溶液4m l7 天后测其血糖含量和血液流变参数。结果:血糖升高将使血浆粘度显著上升(P< 0.005),红细胞刚性指数和纤维蛋白原明显上升(P< 0.05),红细胞压积下降明显(P< 0.05),最终使全血粘度明显增加(P< 0.05)。结论:血糖升高将影响红细胞的变形能力和血浆粘度,使全血粘度上升
Objective: To study the effect of elevated blood glucose on blood rheology parameters. Methods: The rats were fed with 20% glucose solution for 4 days every day for 7 days to measure the blood sugar content and blood rheology parameters. Results: The increase of blood glucose would significantly increase the plasma viscosity (P <0.005), the erythrocyte rigidity index and fibrinogen obviously increased (P <0.05), and the hematocrit decreased significantly (P <0.05) The whole blood viscosity increased significantly (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Elevated blood glucose will affect the deformability of erythrocytes and plasma viscosity and increase whole blood viscosity
