利用中国独创的双层辉光离子渗金属技术,在普通低碳钢及低合金钢表面渗入所需合金元素,再经渗碳,形成具有高速钢成分的渗层,即在钢的表面形成高速钢,称为双层辉光离子渗高速钢(简称双辉渗高速钢)。由于这是一种固态冶金法,没有由于结晶而形成的粗大一次碳化物,合金层中的碳化物细小且分布均匀,避免了传统的冶炼、锻轧高速钢生产中难以克服的碳化物不均匀问题。合金元素供给源采用粉末冶金法制成,可根据实际需要调整其组分配比,从而获得一系列具有不同成分的高速钢渗层
