实行统一国家司法考试制度是我国司法体制改革的一项重要举措,它作为一项新的资格考试制度,有利于提高法律职业的专业化水平,同时也使得现今的法学教育面临着前所未有的挑战。本文通过思考我国法学教育现状和司法考试制度对法学教育的影响,探讨了统一司法考试对法学教育的启示。
The implementation of a unified national judicial examination system is an important measure for the judicial system reform in our country. As a new qualification examination system, it will help to improve the professionalization of the legal profession and at the same time make the current legal education facing unprecedented challenges. By considering the current situation of legal education in our country and the impact of the judicial examination system on legal education, this paper discusses the implications of the unified judicial examination on legal education.
