公民写作是公民言论自由的权利体现,更是国家民主建设的进步表现。以Web2.0为代表的新互联网的发展促进了公民意识的崛起,便捷了公民表达的渠道,使公民写作的现实关照力更强。文章通过韩寒博客这一典型的公民写作样本,分析了web2.0时代公民写作的特点,并根据WEB2.0时代公民写作的现状,提出对公民写作进行积极引导的建议。
Citizens’ writing is a manifestation of the right of citizens to express their opinions freely and is even more a manifestation of the progressive development of the country’s democracy. The development of the new Internet represented by Web2.0 has promoted the rise of civic awareness, facilitated the channels of civic expression and made civic writing more realistic. This article analyzes the characteristics of citizen writing in web2.0 era through the sample of typical citizen writing by Han Han blog. According to the status quo of citizen writing in WEB2.0 era, this article puts forward suggestions on how to guide citizen writing positively.
