2004~2009年武汉市江汉区女职工妇女病普查结果分析

目的:分析武汉市江汉区女职工妇女病普查普治情况,探讨相应的防治措施。方法:对武汉市江汉区2004~2009年妇女病普查情况进行分析。结果:妇女病普查率平均为60.48%,患病率平均为36.11%;妇女常见病为阴道炎1.14%~20.56%(霉菌性阴道6.92%~20.08%、老年性阴道炎1.14%~2.94%、滴虫性阴道炎2.79%~12.16%)、宫颈糜烂6.15%~21.55%、盆腔炎1.94~10.73%;宫颈癌和卵巢癌的患病率均呈上升趋势,分别为7.7/10万和3.8/10万;淋病0.7%、尖锐湿疣0.4%、HIV感染2例、乳腺癌的发生率为0,尿瘘和子宫脱垂的患病率明显下降。结论:妇女病普查普治是妇女保健工作的重要内容之一,防治生殖道感染、预防宫颈癌和乳腺癌是妇女病查治工作的重点。 Objective: To analyze the situation of general survey and treatment of women workers in Jianghan District of Wuhan City and to explore the corresponding prevention and treatment measures. Methods: The survey of women’s diseases in Jianghan District of Wuhan from 2004 to 2009 was analyzed. Results: The average prevalence rate of women’s disease was 60.48%, the average prevalence rate was 36.11%. The prevalence rate of common women was 1.14% -20.56% (fungal vagina 6.92% ~ 20.08%, senile vaginitis 1.14% ~ 2.94% (2.79% ~ 12.16%), Cervical erosion (6.15% ~ 21.55%) and Pelvic inflammatory disease (1.94% ~ 10.73%). The prevalence of cervical cancer and ovarian cancer all showed an upward trend, which were 7.7 / 100000 and 3.8 / 10 Million; gonorrhea 0.7%, genital warts 0.4%, HIV infection in 2 cases, the incidence of breast cancer 0, the prevalence of urinary fistula and uterine prolapse decreased significantly. Conclusion: The general survey of women’s disease screening is an important part of women’s health care. Prevention and treatment of genital tract infections and prevention of cervical cancer and breast cancer are the focus of investigation and treatment of women’s diseases.
