目的 了解 4 %氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂秋季现场喷粉灭螺效果。方法 于 2 0 0 3年秋季选择有螺江滩为试验现场 ,采用 18型背负式动力喷粉机喷施 4 %氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂 ,用药量按有效成分 2 g/m2。结果 现场不作割草清障处理 ,观察期间日平均气温为 12 .4 8℃ ,7、15 d钉螺校正死亡率分别为 91.97%、94 .32 % ;活螺密度下降率分别为 94 .0 9%、97.2 1%。结论 秋季江滩水源缺乏 ,气温较低 ,采用 4 %氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂喷粉灭螺受现场条件影响小 ,灭螺效果理想
Objective To understand the effect of 4% niclosamide ethanolamine salt powder on site in autumn. Methods In the autumn of 2003, a Luojiangtan beach was selected as the test site, and a 4% niclosamide ethanolamine salt powder was sprayed on a 18 knapsack powered duster. The dosage was based on the active ingredient 2 g / m2. Results The mulching treatment was not conducted on the site. During the observation period, the average daily air temperature was 12.48 ℃, and the corrected mortality rates of snails were 91.97% and 94.32% on the 7th and 15th days respectively. The degeneration rates of live snails were 94.09 %, 97.2 1%. Conclusions The lack of water in autumn beach and low temperature, the use of 4% niclosamide ethanolamine powder pollination molluscicide is less affected by the site conditions and the molluscicide effect is ideal
