海南省白沙黎族自治县是个“老少边穷”的山区,县总工会共有172个基层工会,职工6863人。1985年以来为收缴工会经费做了大量的工作,经费收入逐年增加,1989年完成上解任务的172%。现将他们的主要经验介绍如下: 1.党政领导的重视是收好经费的关键。县工会经常向县委、政府领导汇报工作,及时反映财务工作中的实际困难和问题,得到县领导的重视,他们经常在有关会议上强调工会工作的重要性,要求各单位严格按《工会法》规定上缴工会经费,从而大大提高了工会组织的社会地位,澄清了人们对工会的错误认识,清除了有些单位拖欠上缴经费的现象,如县五金公司虽经多次催缴经费,但从未足额缴清,端正了思想认识后,去年年初他们一次就完成上缴全年工会经费的任务。
