党中央决定,从2005年1月开始,用一年半左右时间,在全党分三批开展以实践“三个代表”重要思想为主要内容的保持共产党员先进性教育活动。这是认真贯彻落实党的十六大和十六届四中全会精神,加强党的执政能力建设的基础工程。正在召开的中央保持共产党员先进性教育活动工作会议,对这次活动进行了全面部署。各级党组织要认真学习贯彻中央的精神,精心谋划,周密组织,务求实效。
Starting from January 2005, the CPC Central Committee decided to carry out educational activities aimed at maintaining the advanced nature of Party members with the main concept of “Three Represents” being implemented throughout the year and a half or so in three batches. This is the basic project for earnestly implementing the spirit of the 16th CPC National Congress and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and strengthening the building of the party’s ability to govern. The central government held a working conference on education to maintain the advanced nature of the party members and conducted a full-scale deployment of the event. Party organizations at all levels must conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the Central Government, carefully plan and carefully organize them so as to be effective.
