我院1984年2月至1992年8月外科手术治疗贲门病变引起上消化道出血32例，现就其诊断与治疗的体会介绍如下。临床资料一般资料本组男27例，女5例。年龄22岁～68岁，其中50岁以上22例。出现呕血或黑便至入院时间：最短2小时，最长30天，24小时内入院者19例。临床上有上腹不适感4例
