介绍了攀钢RH -MFB轻处理LCAK钢可使钢水T[O]达到平均 2 4× 10 -6、深脱碳处理ULC钢的 [C]含量达到 10× 10 -6～ 2 6× 10 -6、本处理重轨 [H]≤ 1.5× 10 -6、T[O]≤ 2 0× 10 -6的效果 ,还简要介绍了Al-O加热钢水以及MFB枪加热的效果。
This paper introduces that the light treatment of LCAK steel by RH-MFB in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company can make the molten steel T [O] reach an average of 24 × 10 -6, and the content of [C] in deep decarburization ULC steel reaches 10 × 10 -6 ~ 6, the effect of heavy rail [H] ≤ 1.5 × 10 -6, T [O] ≤ 20 × 10 -6 is also dealt with. The effect of heating Al-O molten steel and MFB gun is also briefly introduced.
