四川银山化工(集团)股份有限公司于1988年进行股份制试点,经过几年的试点运作,公司在企业内部进行人事、劳动用工、内部分配等项制度改革,面向市场,转换经营机制,加强企业管理工作,增强了企业的活力,提高了企业的市场适应能力,加快了企业的发展。公司1988年试点初期年产值2962万元,利润522万元,产品6个。发展至1994年,产值已达1亿元以上,利润增长3.69倍,产品12个,成为内江市首家向社会公开发行股票的股份制试点企业。
