Ni-Cu-P/MoS2团体润滑复合刷镀层具有良好的耐磨减摩性能,为探明其摩擦学性能良好的原因。本又对该镀层的相结构及其织构现象进行了X光衍射分析。结果表明镀层镀态时有亚稳间隙相拆出,且MoS2呈现(001)面织构,这些均有利于Ni-Cu-P/MoS2镀层的摩擦学性能。
The Ni-Cu-P / MoS2 composite lubricated composite brush has a good wear-resistant and friction-reducing properties, which is the reason for its good tribological properties. In turn, the phase structure of the coating and its texture were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The results show that when the coating is plated, metastable interstitial phases are disassembled and MoS2 exhibits the (001) texture, which is in favor of the tribological properties of Ni-Cu-P / MoS2 coatings.
