国家技术监督局于1996年12月20日发出《关于表彰全国技术监督工作先进单位的决定》。《决定》指出,自第三次全国技术监督工作会议以来,各级技术监督部门认真履行综合管理和行政执法两大职能,取得了显著的成绩,涌现了大批勇于开拓、积极进取、真抓实干、勤政廉洁、工作成绩突出的先进单位,国家技术监督局决定对其中特别突出的67个单位授予“全国技术监督工作先进单位”称号。并号召各级技术监督行政部门和技术监督机构要向受表彰的先进单位学习,奋发进取,多做贡献。 ——编者
