1994~1996年以室内组织饲养、罩笼人工接虫和田间小区试验等方法研究了转Bt基因棉品系R93-4对棉铃虫的抗性。结果表明:(1)转Bt基因棉对棉铃虫具有高度的抗生性,可严重阻碍幼虫对棉株的取食和营养利用,显著降低幼虫的存活、生长和发育;(2)转Bt基因棉的抗虫性随棉株组织、棉株生育期以及害虫龄期的变化而变化,棉株营养组织的抗性较繁殖组织为高,棉株生育前期的抗性较后期为高;(3)种植转Bt基因棉可显著抑制田间棉铃虫种群的发生及为害,在棉铃虫重发生年份可减少50%以上的化防次数,而对棉花产量和纤维品质无明显影响。
The resistance of transgenic Bt cotton line R93-4 to cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) was studied from 1994 to 1996 with the method of indoor tissue culture, artificial shelter cage and field plot test. The results showed that: (1) transgenic Bt cotton had a high degree of antibacterial activity against H. armigera, which could seriously hinder the larvae from feeding on cotton plants and their nutrition utilization, significantly reducing the survival, growth and development of larvae. (2) Transgenic Bt cotton The resistance of cotton plant tissue was higher than that of the reproduction tissue, and the resistance of the cotton plant was higher than that of the late growth period. (3) Transgenic Bt cotton could significantly inhibit the occurrence and damage of the cotton bollworm population in the field, and reduce the number of chemical defense in cotton bollworm re-generation year by more than 50%, but had no obvious effect on cotton yield and fiber quality.
