目的：探讨季德胜蛇药对重型非特异性脑炎的疗效。方法：６４例重型非特异性脑炎，随机分为治疗组和对照组各３２例。对照组（男性１８例，女性１４例；年龄２９±ｓ１３ａ）用激素、脱水剂等常规治疗；治疗组（男性１２例，女性２０例；年龄３０±１０ａ）在对照组的常规治疗上加鼻饲季德胜蛇药１０片，ｑｉｄ，疗程为９±６ｄ。结果：治疗组治愈率为６３％，好转２５％，无效９％，死亡３％；对照组治愈率３４％，好转３８％，无效１２％，死亡１６％。治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组，无效和病死率低于对照组，Ｐ值均＜０．０５。未见明显不良反应。结论：季德胜蛇药治疗重型非特异性脑炎有良好疗效。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Ji De Sheng medicine on severe nonspecific encephalitis. Methods: Sixty-four cases of non-specific severe encephalitis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32). The control group (18 males and 14 females; age 29 ± s13a) were treated with hormone and dehydrating agent routinely. The treatment group (12 males and 20 females; age 30 ± 10a) Ji Desheng snake medicine 10, qid, treatment for 9 ± 6d. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was 63%, 25% improvement, 9% ineffective, and 3% death. The cure rate of the control group was 34%, improved 38%, ineffective 12% and death 16%. The cure rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the ineffectiveness and mortality were lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). No obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Ji Desheng snake medicine has a good curative effect on severe non-specific encephalitis.
