聚烯烃工业是一个国家石化工业发达程度的重要标志。九十年代以来,由于亚洲各国经济高速增长所带来的对聚烯烃材料的多方面需求,使得世界聚烯烃生产能力经历了20多年的高速增长,全球总产能达到一亿五千万吨。但这种高速增长同时加剧了世界聚烯烃材料市场常规低端产品供大于求,高端产品生产技术和市场则由欧、美、日为数不多的聚烯烃公司垄断的现象。在这种情况下,只有加大技术开发力度,掌握最先进的高端聚烯烃生产技术,才能对内降本增效、提高产品附加值、弥补高端产品市场空缺,对外减少依赖、掌控高端聚烯烃产品市场竞争力和话语权。众所周知,聚烯烃材料生产技术的关键在于催化剂,聚烯烃树脂性能的提升与新型高性能聚烯烃催化剂的开发有着极为密切的关系。所以促进聚烯烃催化剂的创新发展对实现我国聚烯烃工业的中、长期战略目标具有十分重要的意义。

Under such circumstances, only by intensifying technological development and mastering the most advanced high-end polyolefin production technologies will it be possible to reduce costs and improve internal efficiency, increase added value of products, make up for vacancies in high-end products, reduce external dependence and control high-end polyolefins Product market competitiveness and voice. As we all know, polyolefin material production technology is the key to the catalyst, polyolefin resin performance improvement and the development of new high-performance polyolefin catalyst has a very close relationship. Therefore, to promote the innovation and development of polyolefin catalysts for the realization of China’s polyolefin industry, long-term strategic goals of great significance.
