企业是由存在广泛而紧密联系的所有者、经营者、专业人员、工人等有智能的单元组成并相互影响,形成企业的层次结构及功能结构,并成为影响企业发展的内在因素,而企业的外部环境会对企业的发展造成种种有利或不利的影响。作为构成企业的基本单元,人是最关键的因素,是企业的根本,因此本文就企业管理中激励机制的建立进行探讨分析,希望通过激励机制的探讨,对企业管理有所裨益。
Enterprises are composed and interacted by intelligent units with extensive and closely connected owners, managers, professionals and workers to form the hierarchical structure and functional structure of an enterprise and become internal factors that affect the development of an enterprise. The external environment can have various beneficial or adverse effects on the development of an enterprise. As the basic unit of the enterprise, people are the most crucial factor and the foundation of the enterprise. Therefore, this article explores and analyzes the establishment of the incentive mechanism in the enterprise management, hoping to explore the incentive mechanism, which will benefit the enterprise management.
