中药苦杏仁多经炮制后入药,以提高止咳平喘的临床疗效。本文主要从炮制工艺和已知主要有效成分,苦杏仁甙含量的角度出发,并结合中医临床用药理论,对目前较为常用的(火单)法、炒法、(火单)炒法、蒸法、榨油制霜法等炮制方法的现代研究文献加以综述和探讨,试图为今后进一步开展苦杏仁炮制的实验研究,制订合理、统一的炮制工艺提供参考资料。
Traditional Chinese medicine bitter almonds are processed and used as medicine to improve the clinical effect of cough and asthma.
