蔬菜是人类必需的主要食品,它的生产发展速度,直接关系到人民的生活和社会的进步。目前,发达国家的蔬菜生产已逐步趋向现代化,他们的一些经验和做法,值得我们借鉴。蔬菜生产与其他农作物一样,受气候和自然环境影响很大,即使有较优良的品种和栽培技术,也不能保证得到优质高产的产品。因此,蔬菜生产现代化的总趋势是通过多种方式,人工控制环境条件,达到象生产工业品那样连续不断地生产优质蔬菜。
Vegetables are the essential food for human beings. Its production and development speed is directly related to people’s life and social progress. At present, vegetable production in developed countries has gradually become more modernized. Some of their experiences and practices deserve our help. Like other crops, vegetable production is greatly affected by the climate and the natural environment. Even if there are better varieties and cultivation techniques, there is no guarantee that high-quality and high-yield products will be obtained. Therefore, the general trend of vegetable production modernization is to continuously produce high-quality vegetables through various means and artificially controlling the environmental conditions as industrial products are produced.
