针对系留气球纸质技术资料在编制、使用和维护中存在的不足,提出一种借助计算机资源实现的交互式电子技术手册的应用。该技术通过数据模块和信息对象存储数据并建立公共源数据库,引用数据库中的数据模块组织成技术资料出版物,采用电子手册阅读器负责出版物的浏览。经测试,使用交互式电子技术手册能迅速查找所需技术数据,实现多系统多平台间的信息共享与交互操作。此技术使得技术资料的编制、修改、存储和维护工作变得简捷,并降低了系留气球全寿命周期费用。
Aiming at the shortcomings in the establishment, use and maintenance of tethered balloon paper technology data, an application of interactive electronic technology manual with computer resources is proposed. The technology stores data through data modules and information objects and establishes a public source database. The data modules in the reference database are organized into technical material publications, and the electronic manual readers are used to browse the publications. Tested, the use of interactive electronic technical manuals can quickly find the required technical data, multi-system multi-platform information sharing and interaction. This technology makes programming, modifying, storing, and maintaining technical information simple and reduces the cost of tethered balloons over their entire life cycle.
