The State-owned Forest Management System and Seminar on Economic System Reform, which was held by China Forestry Economics Society, was held in Beijing from April 12 to April 16, 1983. During the seminar, Comrade Yong Wentao, director of the China Forestry Economics Society and consultant of the Ministry of Forestry, Comrade Wang Dian-wen, Vice Minister of Forestry, addressed the meeting.
