当今社会,网络作为新型的传媒形态与报纸电视等传统媒体在传媒领域平分秋色,随着其应用的广泛化和信息传播的及时快速而成为沟通政府和民间力量的工具。在我国政治民主化发展过程中,建构社会主义和谐社会的社会理想呼吁合理的有中国特色的对政府具有监督功能的成型的市民社会的建立,而网络论坛在中国市民社会的形成和建立中发挥了不可替代的重要作用。但是,由于我国网络论坛机制发展不完善,因网络伦理的缺失困境而导致的网络不合理干预政治、网络对公民隐私权及名誉等破坏事件时有发生。如何认识网络在中国市民社会建构中的作用及解决网络论坛自身所具有的伦理困境成为本文所探讨的核心话题。
In today’s society, the Internet, as a new form of media and the traditional media such as newspaper and television, are equal in the field of media. With the wide application and rapid and timely dissemination of information, the Internet has become a tool for communication between government and non-governmental forces. In the course of the political democratization of our country, the social ideal of building a harmonious socialist society calls for the establishment of a formed civil society with Chinese characteristics that is supervised by the government, and the online forum plays its role in the formation and establishment of Chinese civil society An irreplaceable important role. However, due to the imperfect development of the network forum mechanism in our country, the network unreasonable interference with politics due to the lack of network ethics and the Internet have occasionally damaged the privacy and reputation of citizens. How to understand the role of the Internet in the construction of Chinese civil society and how to solve the ethical predicament that the Internet Forum itself has become the core topic of this article.
