我们临澧县地处湘西北,辖17个乡镇,328个村,42.1万人,其中农业人口占84％。近几年来,我们围绕“2000年人人享有卫生保健”的战略目标,把初级卫生保健作为农民奔小康的重要措施来抓,促进了农村卫生事业的发展。目前,全县三级卫生网进一步完善,合作医疗正在全县普及,农村改水改厕有了突破性进展。1992年5月进行的湖南省试点县审评时,我县获全省13个试点县榜首,全省116个市县中有84个
Our Linfen County is located in the northwest of Hunan and has jurisdiction over 17 townships, 328 villages and 421,000 people, of which the agricultural population accounts for 84%. In recent years, we have focused on the strategic goal of “everyone enjoys health care in 2000” and has taken primary health care as an important measure for peasants to rush to a well-to-do society, which has promoted the development of rural health services. At present, the county’s three-level health network has been further improved, and cooperative medical care is spreading throughout the county. There has been a breakthrough in the improvement of rural toilets. During the review of the pilot counties in Hunan in May 1992, the county was ranked first in 13 pilot counties across the province, and 84 out of 116 cities and counties across the province.
